Creamy dill corn salad Taste the rainbow Support our farmers and your health by shopping for local and in-season produce! Eating locally grown fruits and vegetables when they’re in season means less nutrient loss. Instead of undergoing storage and transportation from another location, produce can go straight from the farm to your table. Our community provides several opportunities for direct access to fresh produce. Check out the Klamath Falls Farmers Market downtown on Saturdays during the summer, visit the Klamath Farmers Online Marketplace (KFOM) or even get involved with community-supported agriculture (CSA) to show some appreciation for our local growers. Take care, Klamath—eat a rainbow and remember that good things are to come. Go local!
