Sky Lakes Medical Center, in partner- ship with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), is constructing a four-story building adjacent to Cascades East Family Medicine Clinic on the Sky Lakes campus to support collabora- tion and innovation in the way health care is delivered. The nearly 100,000-square-foot medical office and educational building will improve clinical care, provide an ideal venue for training and ultimately enhance the health of the community overall. Excavation of the new building site began in April, and construction will continue through the end of 2019. When complete, the Collaborative Health Center will include: w w Space to support the OHSU Campus for Rural Health, which formally launched in fall 2015. w w A floor dedicated to Cascades East Family Medicine, including new X-ray imaging capability and a Sky Lakes Laboratory satellite office. w w Two floors for Sky Lakes primary care clinics, including a drop-in clinic. By consolidating several Sky Lakes primary care clinics, the building will bring more than three-fourths of the primary care physicians in Klamath Falls under one roof to better serve patients and foster a culture of collaboration among all health care providers. Tear romaine and spinach leaves into small-to-medium pieces. Combine greens and berries in salad or arrange on 6 individual plates. Sprinkle parsley on top. w w Pour vinegar and oil into small container with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake until dressing is well-mixed. Pour over salad. Season with salt and pepper.
